About Stephen Galaty

Product Design Leader at Cisco Meraki

Hi fellow creative! 👋

Are you like me? Have you grown tired of answering the question "so, what do you do?" Do you believe that your identity is not dependent on your career?

Are you stuck in a performance mindset — measuring your success as a creator on how popular or lucrative your creative products is?

You're not alone. I've been there, and I've worked with many creative entrepreneurs and designers who felt the same way.

I'd like to help you define your creative mission and discover meaning and purpose in your work.

With a focus on servant leadership, I help creatives like you develop their emotional intelligence and creative leadership skills that elevate everyone around them.

Together, we'll chart the path to you becoming a purpose-driven creative multiplier that redefines the success of their creative gifting through the lens of self-sacrifice and service to others.
