• Product Strategy Definition
Being personally selected as an expert on user behaviour and UX strategy to contribute in redefining the product strategy as part of a core project team.

• User Need Discovery 
Uncovering insights from user behaviour, mitigating risk for the organisation and defining iterative project strategy.

• Content Discovery Cross-Team Management
Orchestration of UX strategy across 3 product teams with overlapping areas of expertise to produce a holistic approach to the product's design.

Utilisation of quantitative data, discovery-level user research and existing market analysis.

Coaching budding UX Designers to realise their shorter term project goals and longer term career goals as well as to hone their skillset based on them as individuals.

• User-Centred Design – Redesign of the contact lens product page by including insights gathered from user research.

• Iterative Usability Testing – Planning and conduction of iterative usability testing cycles to identify the user needs.
 
• Creative problem solving – End-to-end design of the contact lens subscription process to enhance users feeling of security, reliability and flexibility throughout the entire journey.

• Understanding User Needs – Design of the Virtual Try-on service based on user needs, expectations and data that was attained through a combination of qualitative usability test insights and quantities data analysis results.

• Design System Establishment – Definition and continuous development of a digital style guide.

• User-centred Design – Conducted UX scenario workshops, rapid prototyping and user testing in order to produce concepts that catered towards user needs.

• Interaction Design – Empathised with user needs and mapped intuitive user journeys through user personas, user-flow diagrams, empathy mapping and information hierarchy configuration.

• Team Collaboration – Worked closely with a scrum team comprised of front end / back end engineers, Android / iOS developers as well as the product owner in an agile environment.

• Design Consistency – Utilised iOS and Material design guidelines as well as web UI patterns to produce a consistent journey for the user across multiple platforms.
