Hi, I’m Sthefanie, and I have over 14 years of experience working at the intersection of business, design, and product. I started my career in a Big Four consultancy, where I specialized in mapping business processes, identifying risks, and implementing controls across different industries. Later, I transitioned to the financial market, where I led service design teams and eventually became a Product Manager — expanding my understanding of how these disciplines connect and drive impact.
