UX research, strategy and design for Aviva's digital wallet proposition. 
- Shaped to the customer experience strategy along with the research and product leads
- Developed a design sprint framework to facilitate design thinking within an agile environment
- Formulated measurable hypothesis and delivered designs that exceeded business & UX KPIs
- Lead service design activities to shape omni-channel experience, including in-store POS
- Collaborated closely with the research team to design lab and ethnographic studies

I am the lead instructor and author of a 6-week course on user experience design for voice, developed by UX Academy in collaboration with Amazon. Throughout the course I manage a team of 3 instructors to teach and mentor user experience design professionals who want to get expertise in the field of voice and conversational UX. I've also co-authored and teach the 8-week UX bootcamp course of the school.

Conversational UX Stream
- Led UX research, strategy and design for key conversational UX propositions
- Worked on industry leading platforms: Amazon Alexa, Facebook Messenger, Nuance
- Scoped work, mentored junior UX designers to ensure successful delivery across streams
- Established Aviva's conversational pattern library for voice-first and chat experiences
- Consulted on conversational UX of different products across Aviva's international markets to share insights and provide guidance for adhering to best practices

Mobile Apps Stream
Lead the redesign of core parts of Aviva's flagship app experience, resulting in successful customer and business outcomes. Worked closely with data-scientists to facilitate personalisation through machine learning and big data.

UX strategy and design for the Aviva's main KPI for 2016. Worked closely with the product leads to shape the user experience strategy for registration and post-registration on-boarding in UK and Polish markets.

Hackajob is a London-based tech startup which helps technical talent find their next job through human expertise and AI.

- Developed the UX strategy for the platform

Helped a fashion startup in Athens, Greece become one of the most profitable and known brands in their market. I set up a framework of ongoing user research and service design activities which allowed them to better understand their audience and adapt their products and e-commerce website to their needs.

- Lead a team of 10 people (animators, illustrators, music composers & UI designers) for a series of 15 interstitials which aired on NYC Media to 20 million viewers, NYC taxi cabs and released on DVD.
- Worked closely and helped the Creative Director and CEO of the company in many creative and managerial tasks.
- Modeling, texturing and rendering of CG Characters in Maya based on the show's puppets.                 - Motion graphics, VFX, video editing and compositing in Final Cut Pro and After Effects
