Hi! I'm Stu, I have over a decade of experience across the private and public sectors, where I’ve helped teams navigate challenges, deliver value, and thrive in fast-paced environments (and accelerate in slower ones!). From leading large-scale agile transformations to crafting impactful product strategies, I love empowering teams to do their best work.

I've recently started coaching to help entry to mid-level product managers and organizations grow their skills, confidence, and resilience. Whether through 1:1 coaching or interactive workshops, my goal is to make product management a little less stressful—and much more rewarding and outcome focussed.

I'm still a practicing product manager so I promise to be pragmatic and not just throw the text book at you... we all know how that goes!

I’m passionate about inclusivity and raising awareness around hidden disabilities and neurodiversity in the workplace. I share tools, strategies, and personal insights to help product managers with diverse needs succeed.
