• Leading the product marketing function for Compass Digital -  innovation experts at Compass Group North America.
• Establishing the Product marketing function from ground-up, supporting 25+ products in 3 different verticals: Healthcare, HigherEd, Business & Industry.
• Built ecosystem positioning with 14 different products across three service lines.
• Developed a differentiated product narrative for a net new product launch and enabled cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Deployed segmentation models for personalised communication to different personas.
• Deployed Product Hierarchy models in Salesforce to enable Sales to identify opportunities, upsell, retain and drive product adoption  by linking actionable recommendations.
• Establishing product marketing processes such as ‘Release to Market’, ‘Customer Advocacy’ and deploying a ‘Product Hierarchy’ model in Salesforce.
• Expanding the function to build the ‘Sales enablement’ arm.

• Defined positioning and crafted compelling messaging & narratives for technical and non-technical products, incorporating value proposition for external communication, sales collateral, and global platform messaging that resonated with target audience based on persona understanding.
• Lead enablement sessions (business & technical) for core teams of 300+ people including sales, solutions consulting, CSM, and marketing ensuring a consistent messaging for the launch.
• Launched successful product integrations with external partners including Microsoft Teams, Slack, TikTok, and UpContent to drive growth in the partner ecosystem and align with business strategy to effectively address customer pain points.
• Advised Executive leadership about pricing, monetization strategies and new feature launch to increase retention & upsells impacting ARR. 
• Ran customer & market research to gather and share knowledge around market, industry, and customers to enter new markets.
• Collaborate and partner across all marketing channels (web, social, brand, customer marketing, Paid) & customer-facing teams to contribute at both strategic and operational level.
• Improved processes like scheduled communications about product launches, roadmap prioritisation and Beta testing to optimise the impact of the product launch. 
• Established industry leadership through producing thought leadership, case studies, and social campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally across all marketing channels (web, social, brand, customer marketing, Paid) and customer-facing teams.
• Ran quarterly business results analysis combining quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic next steps with in-depth insights from Win/Loss data, customer feedback and customer facing teams.

• Defined the product strategy and roadmap for an AI-based healthcare app (mymarble.ai).
• Prioritized features that focused on increasing customer engagement and Monthly Active Users (MAUs).   
• Built an extensive in-app content library by collaborating with content, product, design and development teams.   
• Drove market research initiatives and competitive analysis for a digital pathology software
• Built and delivered a website (pathub.ca) for a client. Created targeted messaging and value propositions that resonated with the ideal customer leading to increased conversions.  
• Increased company’s online presence by building a strategic social strategy leading to more business opportunities  
• Managed project deadlines by keeping both internal and external stakeholders in the loop with status reports and scope of works following lean agile methodologies

Product Marketing Alliance was founded in March 2019 and has since evolved into the world’s biggest product marketing community. Their Slack channel and meetups unite 1,000s of PMMs all over the world and their mission is very simple: to promote and elevate the role of product marketing.

Ryerson DMZ is the #1 university-based incubator in the world.

• Created a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to optimize customer acquisition and product utilization leading to sales of over 40k within the first quarter of the product launch
• Developed the buyer persona, value proposition, competitive product positioning and implemented outbound sales campaigns generating over 3k leads per month 
• Content creation for go-to-market and sales enablement materials constantly iterating and updating for an aligned messaging across all mediums
• Launched 3 new product features over 6 months working with cross-functional teams including the Product, Sales and Customer Success teams
• Improved trial to conversion ratios by over 18% by repositioning the brand, optimizing target customer-specific messaging across the company website, landing pages & PPC campaigns
