Ever wonder how your favorite adidas sneakers make it from the drawing board to your feet so quickly? I play a key role in that process, ensuring our designers and developers can bring the latest trends to life, super quick.

As a digital product manager at adidas, I oversee the development of our samples ordering system. This system helps our teams request, track, and manage prototype products way faster, boosting the speed of innovation.

For instance, before we launched the new system, getting and tracking samples was a mess of spreadsheets and endless emails. Now, thanks to the digital platform I helped create, we’ve slashed the time it takes by 50%. This means those hot new sneakers hit the stores way sooner.

In short, I make sure that new sneakers designs hit the stores as quickly and smoothly as possible, helping adidas stay at the forefront of the sportswear industry.
