- Created and led design team process such as Design Reviews and Design Syncs to ensure collaboration and enhance team-wide quality of design 
- Led design for Onboarding, Help Centre, Ecosystem & Identity workstreams 
- Coordinated design efforts across Grab, GXS and Dash to ensure alignment of design across partners, and delivery of timelines

- Led design across Grab for location-based experiences, increasing revenues for the Food and Transport verticals and reducing the cost of third-party vendors 
- Led workshops to define department roadmaps for the Geo team, involving cross-department initiatives with Food, Transport, Ads and GrabPay

- Designing internal tools to increase engineer efficiency, decreasing the time taken for digital products to be launched 
- Conducting user research with enterprise clients and internal users to understand user processes and personas
- Analysed user research to develop recommendations for engineering, business and product teams, driving product direction and required features

•	Designing consumer-facing enterprise applications, increasing the number of rides taken by Grab’s customers
•	Designing internal tools to increase engineer efficiency, decreasing the time taken for digital products to be launched

•	Analysed user research to develop recommendations for engineering, business and product teams, driving product direction and required features

I made the leap into the world of tech and design, diving into creating internal tools with a multi-disciplinary team.

•	Designed user interfaces for internal web tools, optimising business and engineering processes 
•	Co – conducted design sprint sessions for internal stakeholders to conceptualise user flows and information architecture 
•	Analysed user research data to develop recommendations for engineering and business teams

I supported the  the Consumer Marketing team in servicing client accounts, which included Chevron, Van Cleef & Arpels, SilkAir, Sofitel, Kimberly-Clark, Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong, National Arts Council and Resorts World Sentosa. I had the opportunity to:

• Prepare regular media reports covering industries such as oil & gas, hospitality, luxury,  aviation, FMCG, and the arts by collating and analysing media coverage
• Developed communication materials used by clients for internal and external stakeholders 
• Liaise with news, magazine and online media to generate editorial coverage for clients 
• Research and develop proposals for new business opportunities
• Engage media representatives at hotel launches and press conferences

I wanted to dive deeper into the world of start-ups, and immerse myself in the Maker Movement in Singapore. Epikk aimed to create a community for Makers in Singapore to connect with each other and share their knowledge with people who wanted to learn. At Epikk, I:

 • Led a team of two other interns in creating and planning a content strategy calendar, which    
  encompassed Facebook and Instagram content, and blog posts
• Led the same team in writing and editing articles for the company blog 
• Created and maintained the Facebook and Instagram accounts, increasing Facebook    
  followers to 500 and Instagram to 100 over 2 months on a limited budget 
• Acquired users for the Epikk.co website by reaching out to them on interest sites or at events 
• Created weekly email newsletters for be the user base, which had an open rate of 15% .

At atomz i!, I supported the teams working on Singapore Turf Club, JCube and Marina Bay Link Mall. Under the close mentorship of my supervisor, I had the chance to:

• Research and develop proposals for business development
• Conceptualise creative strategy together with the creative team
• Manage product selection from stores for a visual merchandising design project 
• Assist in created visual merchandising design for Marina Bay Link Mall

At Zalora, I got a taste of fashion, e-commerce and marketing. My supervisor trusted me with responsibilities that gave me a wealth of hands-on experience. At Zalora, I: 

• Conceptualised content for email newsletter campaigns for Singaporean male customers
• Wrote copy for email newsletters
• Selected products to be featured in newsletters, based on marketing objectives  
• Worked with designers to produce artwork for newsletters
• Coded for email newsletters in HTML
• Analysed customer usage data and sales data on Google Analytics
