Responsible for leading and managing the Creative, Digital and Web Development teams at EKCS. I also play an important role in leading the UX team for the in-house Project/Job Managment product (Mediaferry). I further help formulate key solution frameworks for new clients and act as a subject matter expert in client and agency pitches.

Tangence is a marketing services company with a presence both in India and the US and has various Fortune 500 companies in their client roster. In Tangence I was leading the creative team and also pitch in as the Subject Matter Expert for strategic initiatives and as well as new business acquisitions for both Global and Indian markets.

MRM//McCann is a global digital and direct marketing agency. In my role here, I was spearheading the Chevrolet India and Lufthansa creative teams for ideation, design and execution of Digital as well as Social Media campaigns and assets.I also worked on projects and campaigns for Hero Moto Corp, AVIVA, Videocon, JCB, iGate, IREO, TATA communications and MRM Worldwide. My role also allowed me to take part in new project / client pitches as a subject specialist for Digital domain.

Solutions Digitas (A Publicis Groupe Company) is one of the leading Digital Marketing Companies in India. I was working as Creative Director and was responsible for team management and mentorship, client contact and also as a subject matter expert for project pitches. Work includes various projects and campaigns for Samsung, HP, Cisco, Uninor, Nestle & Digitas.

My role within the ISHIR was broad, ranging from creative management, client contact and as subject matter expert for presale pitches. I was also responsible for creative excellence and was managing a team of 8 UI designers and 3 front-end developers. Work included various projects for GSK, Frito Lays, Samsung, GE Wizard, DogsOnAcid, Interglobe and ISHIR.

Pixelwonderz is an outlet which helps me to experiment with and create stuff which sometimes is not provided in my roles. It is under this pseudonym I delve in other creative pursuits like Sketching, Photography and bit of Web Development. Most of the work is done gratis for friends and family.

I joined Caneum at the position of team leader and was responsible for the design, and production of websites.During my short stint I was promoted to Creative Head and was awarded the ‘Best Newcomer’ award. Workincluded websites and other design work for DirecTV, Ravi Bajaj, Ranna Gill, NASSCOM, Delhi Art Gallery, ASAHI India and Caneum.

In this role I performed a large spectrum of tasks of being a designer, HTML programmer, flash executor as well as a project manager. I also was responsible for helping in the pre-sales processes and was instrumental in winning projects from Whirlpool and Pizza Hut. Work included projects for Whirlpool India, Pizza Hut India, SITATravels, AMAN Travels, Educomp, Delhi School of Economics, Movie Mart, Dolphin travels and Neuro Nimbus.

I was responsible for creating and executing design layouts based on briefs provided by the client. I also jumped full time into HTML as well as flash production during my tenure at ISHIR after making myself proficient in the respective soft wares through self learning. I was single handedly responsible for design and execution of over 100 websites during my tenure. Work included projects and other design work for Yahoo India, Pepsi, Motorola, Modi Group, Whites of London, Dhar and Hoon and ISHIR
