Hi I am software engineer at Microsoft based out of Dublin, a competent coder (Python, dotnet, some bad C/C++, Golang) and security enthusiast. Strong in Data Structures & Algorithms. Enjoys learning about the new technologies and development in Python, Security, Blockchain and Web services.
Here is how am looking to help my future mentees. Understanding the background first, To get an idea about their strengths and weaknesses. Then finding the knowledge gaps and working on those areas.
During my struggle days there are certain methods which worked for me, I will share as much as they can relate to it.
I feel being consistent and sincere remains important for me. I will try my best to imbibe those habits which will benefit in long run. This journey is not like a sprint rather it's a marathon. Hence the curriculum is divided into those milestones.
Sometimes it's not always about being hard worker. There are other factors which contribute to keep oneself motivated. It will be important for me to identify those blockers and then push them in a way that they ll be able to clear the hurdle.
