Prototyping methods and tips

Identify and define potential product problems and generating possible solutions.

Identifying problems vs solutions

• Developed diverse learning modalities and comprehensive employee training courses.
• Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives by setting realistic timelines and checkpoints.
• Initiated and implemented automated solutions for faster development of effective learning modalities.
• Coached Learning consultants, IDs, and Trainers under the School of Design program and created customized learning paths for various authoring and design tools.
• Proposed, conceptualized, and contributed to the development of Zone Dive, a one-stop solution housing brand-centric graphic assets.
• Designed end-to-end learning solutions using advanced technologies like Augmented Reality, aiming to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Supporting as an ID Partner in the Zone Dive program and analyzed the success and UX through user testing and qualitative research.
• Designed the ADP Professional Certification exam and curriculum by coaching SMEs on Bloom's Taxonomy and VIMM model.
• Planned and monitored the implementation of technology-based learning programs.

• Worked with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to perform needs analysis, gap identification, and success evaluation metrics.
• Created detailed instructional design documents and content outlines based on the requirements analysis.
• Identified and implemented different learning modalities, e.g., simulations, gamification, video-based learnings, etc. in the courses and learning interventions developed.
• Conducted quality control checks of content after design, development, and production of eLearning, media products, and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) solutions
• Created engaging and interactive presentations in Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint using UI principles, UX laws, infographics, etc.

ID Technologist

• Identified opportunities for hands-on practice in the learning interventions and created detailed instructional design documents for simulations.
• Created multiple tool-based simulations using both Storyline (Image-based model) and HTML5 (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) to provide a safe sandbox environment for the end learners.
• Created MIST (Modified Image Simulation Tool), a repository that eases the task to create simulations by IDs and SMEs. It also helps as a go-to source for high-quality tool images, icons, and templates for E-learnings and simulations.
• Identified evaluation strategy for the simulation interventions at different levels based on the deployment frequency.
• Collaborated with other Instructional Designers, Training Specialists, etc. to identify the need and gaps to embed simulations in e-learning and course curriculums.
• Identified multiple technologies i.e., Bootstrap tour, J Box, etc. for creating guided walkthrough simulations for Teach me concepts.
• Created wireframes and prototypes based on surveys and feedbacks to ease the usability and accessibility for the learners.
• Collaborated with back-end developers to identify the best deployment mechanism through both LMS and hosting platforms.

• Trained multiple New Hire batches with the overall average score of 96%.
• Incorporated the adult learning principles in the classroom training to enhance retention.
• Upskilled and Cross-skilled two batches during process launches.
• Incorporated multiple tracking tools using SharePoint for better monitoring and assessing the performance on live cases.
• Developed self - action One-Click tools for the ramp phase to better track the investigators' self-actions.

• Designed the self-action tool for the new hire teams to automate the recordings of the investigators' actions on the ramp during the self-action phase.
• Designed the dashboards for various teams in line with specific themes.
• Worked on the ID project in recording videos for the training curriculum design and development.
• Set up communication channels within the team to streamline defect-based communication.
• Created customer-centric investigation guidelines and job aids to enhance decision making.
• Worked with the team leads to understand the risks in online transactions and steps to curb them.
