Independently led the end-to-end design process for projects across auto, health, fintech, IT and construction industries 

- Conducted secondary research and synthesized information through methods including user personas, user journey maps, competition analysis, and information architecture, among others 

- Independently spearheaded discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover complex layers of product and business requirements and translated the same to mid-fi wireframes

- Articulated, defended and refined the designs based on UX best practices, research and client feedback

Project-1 (A solution for automotive dealerships): Worked as a UX Designer to build a mobile app (B2B) and web app. 
- Responsible for conducting research and synthesizing the data (through User Persona, User Journey maps & User stories). 
- Sketching the wireframes and transferring the mid-fi level to MockFlow.

Primary responsibilities at TheAppLabb:
• Work closely with design leads to create UX research plans, personas, and journey maps.
• Understand the product lifecycle by working closely with BAs and PMs.
• Design and deliver storyboards, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Work collaboratively as a part of the UX and creative team.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions with clients and internal project teams.
• Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and wireframes.
• Offer recommended solutions to clients’ design and usability problems.

•	Primarily connect with customers, using a consultative and listing approach. Provide quotes, assess customers’ needs and completes sales all while helping customers realize their dream kitchens.
•	Help customers with product knowledge in adjacent departments, special orders and installation services.

Built a WordPress website by translating actionable insights through a research phase
that involved user interviews. Synthesised the user data and created wireframes,
followed by UI design using Figma.

Developed a design system to facilitate cross-functional alignment, ensuring efficient
collaboration while preserving brand identity.

• Managed and led the design work for creative direction for all projects.  Conducted one-on-one interviews with the users. Created wireframes and prototypes. Conducted usability testing with manufactured goods. 

• Renovation of Hotel four seasons, Mandi.
• 144/12, Ram Nagar, Residence renovation.

• Smart Homes​: Designed an app for home automation experience for a  client. Integrated electrical, sound systems, and temperature controls within the app. 

• Co-working Space Design: ​Designed co-working spaces for an Indian news agency startup. My responsibilities included studying recent trends, understanding clients’ requirements, conducting human factors study, and presenting design ideas using mood boards, 3D tools, and rapid prototyping.  

• India Design Show​:  Designed and presented furniture, interiors and decor in India Design Show, one of the most definitive design gatherings, for  2016, 17, 18, 19. 

• Met new & existing clients and determined their requirements.	
• Developed 2D CAD drawings for Design services and furniture production.
• Delivered projects under strict deadlines.
• Site-coordination, follow-ups and visited the site regularly.
• Selected materials and fabric under the guidance of immediate boss and as per client’s requirement.
• Furniture set-up, decorative light installation, and accessorize at the completed site.   
   
• Terminated regular work in February 2018. Freelanced project drawings from November 2018 to March 2019.

Assisted head Architect and worked with the back-end team and used  qualitative data for preparing the presentation, mood boards  and  drawings for  client meetings

Duties:   Successfully presented a thesis report and proposed smart solutions for interiors on a live project, the weekend house in Kasauli, India.
