Managing 7 different product teams in a product area called Web and Content Platform - Design System , Navigation, Logged in Experience , Content Management System ,Search, Market Enablement and Developer Experience

Responsible for coordinating the integration initiative "Engineer to Engineer" which aims to help integrate newly arrived engineers into the Swedish labor market.

Mitt Livs Chans is a mentorship program offered to people that have moved to Sweden and are looking for help in kick-starting their careers. As a mentor, I support mentees with advice and career coaching on how to go about breaking into the job market in Sweden.

Together with Director of Product and Director of Engineering managing a product cluster comprising of 25+ product teams and 300+ colleagues spread out in Sweden, USA and India to deliver the premium experience of buying cars online (www.volvocars.com) in 100 countries

Leading 6 cross-functional Agile teams of Engineers, Designers, QA, and Automation Engineers focused on building incremental products through rigorous prioritization of the Product Backlog focusing on Customer Value
• Technical Delivery lead for the web platform for volvocars.com serving 100 countries.
• Acted as Product Manager for the Dealer locator component in Volvo cars .COM.
• Secured that processes and products are in place at the time for go-live in a market
• Established the release management process for the roll-out of new .com for Volvo

Openhack is a non-profit organisation building a community platform for digital voluntarism to altruistically solve humanitarian & social challenges. To take action on the challenges, we organise hackathons where tech volunteers work together with aid organisations and social actors during a short and intense period to design and develop potential solutions.

Responsible for raising approximately 100 000 SEK funds from sponsors

• Facilitate all scrum related activities including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and product demos. 
• Ensure teams plan to velocity and capacity in order facilitate release planning. 
• Work closely with Product Owners and Product Manager to ensure backlog is ready for refinement ceremonies. 
• Enforce framework guidelines as appropriate .
• Ensure scrum teams are able to meet sprint commitments by helping them keep each other accountable and by removing road blocks. 
• Coach teams and individuals in agile practices as appropriate and encourage experimentation as it pertains to delivery of business value.

3 Online Services

Online cross functional Team works on the Agile methodology . It basically comprises of the team that is involved in the development maintenance and testing of the online 3 portal for Sweden and Denmark (www.tre.se and www.3.dk).

•	Played both technical and functional roles
•	Designed the solution for Load balancing in Weblogic through Clustering Oracle http server and creating tunneling of t3 protocols.
•	Upgraded Netcracker (COTS Product) to higher versions
•	Created Test Suites using SOAP UI for testing Web services
•	Worked in Load Testing using JMETER for stimulating requests externally
•	Handled Release Management for product launches
•	Functional analysis of requirements both from CRM & Billing perspective
•	Solution designing for new products
•	Design test cases / develop scripts to test product launches – including product rules, sales channel access, pricing etc., across Peoplesoft CRM & POS applications
•	Good understanding on PeopleSoft CRM functional processes like sales and service modules.
