1. Solutions Designing – Creating technical Architecture & design for solutions implementation. For Technical audiences, this includes SDK/API level integrations with the current systems and potential third-party systems. For non-technical audiences, translating these plans into value propositions.

Managing campaigns from initiation stage till closure & subsequent retention by successfully driving increased adoption of Lemnisk’s offerings. Creation and execution of project plans based on client requirements. Ensuring effective usage of product and consequently helping advertisers meet their ROI goals. Supervising and mentoring a team of three. Assisted our BFSI clients in the IMEA markets to use Lemnisk’s growth marketing platform so that their marketing needs are met with in an efficient and effective manner. Periodical visits to customer locations in Dubai & Abu Dhabi during QBR presentations and ensuring general customer engagement

Trader & Senior Analyst- Was a trader for APAC markets. Knowledge of launching campaigns and managing them on different DSPs such as Appnexus, Mediamath and DBM. This includes streamlining of operations- from trafficking creatives to creating strategies for ad delivery, analyzing and optimizing at an impression and user level, improving performance while making a consistent margin, to reporting at the end of campaign. Handling different types of programmatic campaigns - display, mobile and video.

Junior Analyst - Managing campaigns and optimizing to a predetermined goal to continuously increase the clients’ ROI – by analyzing the past performance of campaigns by leveraging upon market insights to deliver and improve. Helping traders set up a campaign from scratch by providing pre-campaign insights. Optimizing to certain CPC/CPA goal and ensuring the costs wouldn’t go beyond that while also ensuring that the conversions/clicks goal is been met.Having learnt beginner level SQL,can also efficiently work on redshift platform.Worked on UK market the first year. 


Associate Analyst - The company was in a nascent stage in India when I joined. Therefore the role entailed multiple responsibilities like creation of reports and presentations (Microsoft office), Media plans and handling bespoke requests raised by traders.I was involved in ad-operations whenever required. Became a team lead in a matter of 6 months to train interns and new associate analysts. Handled two different teams of 6 people each for the same process.
