I'm a technology and presales leader with 15+ years of experience building high-performing Solution Advisory teams across Australia and Asia Pacific. Throughout my career at SAP, I've led teams ranging from local specialists to regional organisations of more than 60 people, and I'm now focused on helping shape Solution Advisory excellence across APAC.

Alongside my corporate career, I'm a qualified coach and counsellor. I enjoy helping people think through challenges, build confidence, and make intentional career decisions. My mentoring style is collaborative and reflective - I won't just tell you what to do, I'll help you develop the clarity and confidence to find the right path for yourself.

I'm passionate about helping people navigate the transition from individual contributor to leader, grow their influence without formal authority, and build rewarding careers in enterprise software. I also enjoy mentoring around stakeholder management, executive communication, career planning, resilience, and finding the confidence to step into bigger opportunities.

Having returned to SAP after time in consulting, I bring perspectives from both customer-facing consulting and global technology organisations. I'm also passionate about the evolving role of AI in presales and customer advisory, and how teams can adapt to stay relevant in a rapidly changing industry.
