Senior Lead UX Design Immersive instructor at General Assembly

I'm living proof that UX is nothing new, as I've been in this field for 40+ years! In both San Francisco and Sydney, I've practiced UX design, run consultancies, mentored global project teams, introduced UX design practices and cultures into organizations, and trained the next generation of practitioners. I've launched and run consultancies in Sydney and, in years past, established and managed in-house UX teams within software, hardware, and services companies in Silicon Valley. Over time, I've become increasingly focused on using UX design for social good.

For 10 years, I taught General Assembly’s UX Design Immersive course and consult through my boutique agency, OE Strategy. I have recently launched Leapfrog Studio, a purpose-driven agency. We are a consultancy of motivated and skilled emerging UX designers, led by the industry’s leading experts. We partner with social enterprises to provide relevant, practical, and meaningful UX consulting.
