As the primary researcher, I lead and oversee research activities for a diverse range of national and international projects. My role involves designing, implementing, and managing research endeavors that span across various domains. 

Additionally, I actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of these projects.

As an Experience Researcher, I work on a variety of projects for leading tech companies like Google and Facebook in the German-speaking market. In this role, I am responsible for defining test flows, writing interview guides, conducting in-depth interviews, diary studies, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, reporting, and providing actionable insights to clients.

As a member of the Customer Experience (CX) team, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects for a diverse range of clients, including GLS, Melitta, HP Hewlett Packard, and Roche. In this role, I was responsible for leading and contributing to various aspects of research planning and execution, including generative and exploratory research, driving experience research, and providing fact-based inputs through user interviews (in-depth and guerrilla) and shadowing.

Throughout the project process, I had the pleasure of facilitating fun and engaging workshops (both remote and on-site) and presenting research insights to project stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. In addition, I worked closely with clients to formulate design requirements and integrated seamlessly into their teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual learning.
