About Susana Perez
Product Manager at Randstad
Hi! I'm Susana. I've had PO and PM roles and currently lead the development of a global B2B product. Over the past 7 years, I’ve built digital products, including web applications, mobile apps, and APIs. What I love about product management is the intersection of technology, design, and business. At the moment, I'm also starting a side business building a product and managing everything from strategy to UX design to coding and everything in between with AI.
My journey didn't start in the product world; I have a background in Customer Service and IT Recruitment. I've walked the path of transitioning from one expertise to another, so I understand the challenges and the excitement of mastering a new domain.
As a mentor, my mission is to guide you through this journey, sharing my personal experiences, insights, and tools that helped me navigate my career transition. Let's chat!
