About Susanna Huang

Product Designer at CGI

I started out with an education background in health informatics and worked in business consulting before transitioning over to product design. During my career transition period, I did a lot of self-learning and one of the best tools I had were 1 - 1 sessions with experienced designers I connected with on LinkedIn. This helped me identify skills I should focus on improving and prepared me for job applications in the field of product design. My past experience also shaped strong business acumen skills that have been very useful throughout several design projects. In my current role, I mentor several junior and intermediate designers. I would love to be more involved with the design community and share my learnings with others outside of work.
