Hi, I'm Susanne and I have over 10 years of experience as an Experience Strategy and Service Design leader.

Through the span of my career, I've led the Experience Strategy practice at Fjord/Accenture, a studio of service, business, spatial, and growth designers, where I oversaw the design of large-scale experiences for enterprise organisations and public sector.

I really enjoy mentoring designers who are looking to improve their strategic and research skills, or are looking to learn service design.
