As a product owner for the Oracle CRM solution, I managed the end-to-end requirement elicitation and development of major functionalities in the Events Management and planning/budgeting modules. I also managed the detailed product planning, coordinating with other groups across business units, demos and conducting comprehensive research to understand business needs. My key value-addition was the conceptualization and development of the next-generation internal web portal for marketing teams to manage the requirements of the multistage marketing campaigns.

As a business analyst in Commerce velocity, I got the opportunity to work on their leading technology solutions for mortgage lenders, loan servicing organizations and investment banks. My role included acting as primary liaison to understand the client needs, management of backlog items and prioritization based on the overall strategy and business objectives. my key value-addition was single-handedly developing a tool to automate the routine tasks to configure the rule engine. This tool was used by the entire business analyst team globally and reduced the manual errors and time to market.

As a software engineer, I worked closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts on the development of multiple key features, functionalities in the order management system that handles the fulfilment of orders for real estate products in the mortgage market.
