Building an AI-native product decision workbench for product teams at software companies.

Led a 100-person technical organization (engineering, science, product) delivering Amazon Ads’ $5B+ self-service brand performance advertising business line. Set and validated the direction for the brand-advertising dimension of Amazon’s generative-AI shopping assistant (internally Project Nile, launched as Rufus, now “Alexa for Shopping”) — a conversational way for brands to connect with customers beyond the search results page, with advertising integrated into the model. Aligned SVPs and product/tech leaders across Amazon, then incubated the effort into a dedicated team led by a principal PM I hired.

Single-threaded P&L owner for Amazon’s book advertising business. Increased revenue 4X to $0.6B+ during my 3.5-year tenure. Invented and delivered self-serve and managed ad products that enabled advertisers (spanning from 100k+ independent authors to the largest global publishers) to reach shoppers and readers across the Amazon Store, Kindle, Audible, and Goodreads.

Owned P&L, strategy, and delivery for an enterprise ad-tech suite managing $1B+ in annual ad spend (customers including Walmart, Wayfair, Microsoft, AT&T, and WPP); launched the Xandr Invest marketing platform in 2019.

Responsible for the delivery and commercial success of a suite of enterprise advertising technology products used globally by brands, marketers, and agencies. Launched a marketplace product that grew to 10% of company revenue, which I validated by shipping an MVP in 6 weeks through an iterative discovery process. Led a digital customer-experience overhaul that drove a 20% increase in attributed revenue the following year. Founded and scaled the company’s user experience function.
