Hi, I’m Sven, a Design Lead with 10+ years of experience across IDEO, healthcare, and digital platforms.

I’ve spent the last years designing complex, data-driven products, always at the intersection of design, business, and real-world constraints.

I care a lot about clarity, systems thinking, and new ways of working (esp. with the design role shifting through AI). Along the way, I’ve led cross-functional teams, run research and design sprints, and helped designers grow into more strategic roles.

I enjoy mentoring designers who want to level up beyond execution, whether that’s sharpening their portfolio, navigating stakeholder dynamics, or thinking more like a product partner.
