Hi, I'm Svetlana and I work at the intersection of project management and strategic operations, leading both people and processes.
Over the past 10 years, I have developed my expertise in the FinTech, GameDev, and Banking industries, holding roles such as Head of Project Management Office, Head of Operations, Project Office Team Lead, and Program Manager.
In addition to managing project portfolios, I have launched OKR frameworks from scratch, optimized operational processes, and supported the company’s strategic focus during periods of rapid growth. I also have hands-on experience building a project management office from the ground up: from defining initiative management standards and implementing frameworks to establishing portfolio tracking and regular C-level reporting.
