About Swaminathan Kasiviswanathan
Senior Director - DevOps at Kissflow Inc
Hey there, just imagine me as Nick Fury 😎, but like, a lot chiller. So, in the past 23+ years, I've been all over the IT scene, kinda like Tony Stark tinkering with his Iron Man suits. I've rocked everything from Development to QA to IT Ops. Recently, I've been like Doctor Strange, bending reality and focusing my mystical powers on Cloud, DevOps & SRE Transformations. I've helped startups and enterprises soar, kinda like the Guardians of the Galaxy, across different industries. 🚀
When it comes to team building, I've got that Infinity Gauntlet of culture as a backbone. I don't mind starting from scratch, even if it means assembling the Avengers from Ground Zero. 💪🏼
I'm a big fan of Agile Methodologies, with Scrum & Kanban being my go-to's (like Cap's shield and Thor's hammer). Lately, I've been vibing with Kanban more, since it's great for streamlining ops in the DevOps & SRE world. 🛠️
I love meeting new peeps and hearing fresh takes, kinda like when the Avengers meet other superheroes. So hit me up if you wanna chat about the latest and greatest in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud. And hey, let's not forget about culture-powered team building – we can talk about that any day, like discussing our favorite MCU moments! 😁👊🏼
