About Swat Annamalai
Fractional CPO & Advisor at Various startups
I'm Swat from sunny San Francisco. With a background in computer science and a lineage of engineers, I've spent my career writing code and building systems for better platforms. My journey began with an exciting role as a data engineer for a Police Department, using data to help solve crimes. This experience highlighted the transformative power of data, which I've leveraged across various industries including marketing consulting, healthcare, edtech, banking, and proptech over the past 13 years.
In the last 5 years, I've held leadership roles, spearheading initiatives to make organizations value-driven. I've also served in dual product roles, developing data platforms and MarTech solutions. For the past 1.5 years, I've been a founding product manager, creating an educational platform to democratize English in underserved communities. Additionally, I advise and support pre-seed stage startups in the EdTech and MortgageTech spaces.
