About Swen Simon

Outsystems Expert and Trainer at agentbase AG

Hi, I'm Swen, an OutSystems Consultant, Trainer, and Mentor with over five years of experience working with OutSystems 11 and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).

I work at agentbase, where I help companies build business applications with Low-Code. Along the way I've had the opportunity to lead projects, train developers, and support teams throughout the entire development process.

Teaching has always been one of my favorite parts of the job. I was one of the first official German-speaking OutSystems trainers and have delivered bootcamps and workshops for both customers and new colleagues. I also create OutSystems content on YouTube because I enjoy sharing what I've learned with the community.

Whether you're just getting started with OutSystems, preparing for a certification, or looking for advice on architecture, best practices, or your career, I'm happy to help. My goal is to share practical experience, answer questions, and hopefully make your journey a little easier.

Looking forward to meeting you!
