About Swetha Rai
Senior Product Manager at Microsoft
With a solid foundation as a developer and experience in support engineering, I have a unique perspective on the intricacies of product management. My career began by addressing production outages for Fortune 500 companies, giving me invaluable insights into what truly breaks at scale, beyond just the theoretical frameworks often seen on roadmaps. Over the past eight years, I’ve specialized in building identity and security products at Microsoft, honing my skills in Customer Experience (CX), Generalist Product Management, Platform Product Management, and Growth Product Management.
As a mentor, I am passionate about guiding individuals who aspire to break into product management or those looking to advance to senior and principal roles. My expertise is particularly beneficial for anyone navigating the complex landscapes of identity, security, or Zero Trust technologies
