About Sydney Cooling-Sturges

Senior Service Designer at Baylor Scott & White Health

Hi! I'm a Service Designer with 5+ years of Service Design and UX Design experience. Originally from Toronto, I am currently a Service Designer for Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas where I design better services for clinic staff and patients.

I want to create a more human design industry for all; design can be a challenging industry to get into, and it's hard to know if you're doing it "right." This is why I love talking to early career designers - I was in your shoes not very long ago and can live to tell the tale, so I know you've got this! If you're curious about transitioning from UX Design to Service Design, want to talk about design in tech, pharma, financial, or the public sector, or want advice on how to land that first role, let's chat.
