Hi, I'm Sylvie and have 10+ years of experience at companies like Nordstrom, Meta and The Walt Disney Company. Like many people in the industry, my career was never linear and a "choose your own adventure" of sorts. I've supported executives in administrative roles, partnered with design leaders to build thriving and meaningful teams, crafted tailored learning experiences for full stack product teams and currently, growing a team of design operations enthusiasts to support an enormous media design team. My passion lies in people and human centered design. If people aren't operating in a safe, inclusive and supportive culture, then the products and experiences they build won't be the best they can be. I've had the privilege of mentoring and coaching in all my roles, but also creating programs that support the growth and development of people is my secret sauce.
