I am an avid seeker of challenging and wicked problems.

As an 'Enterprise Service Designer', I'll ideally help organisations envision new futures where positive impact for people, the planet, and profit converge into impactful results that matter.

Throughout my career, people have always been at the heart of my work. I love learning, observing and telling stories that help connect the dots, bringing others along on a journey of discovery and improving experiences.

In my roles, I utilise a mix of Systems Thinking and Service Design to advise, design and build future services, as well as guide operational and digital transformations that meet business objectives whilst providing a good experience for the people who deliver them as well as those who use them.

I’m openly passionate about continuous learning, development, and building leadership skills in those around me. I’ve been the architect of global learning programmes, staff development and progression plans. I've been a coach or mentor to over a hundred people in my career - which I have found enormously rewarding - and continue to instruct students in Service Design and Leadership courses.

As a mentor, I seek to understand what is affecting you and your goals. It's a holistic approach that mixes traditional mentoring techniques alongside coaching and experience sharing with an aim to 'teach you how to fish'.

When I'm not working or offering mentoring, I am an avid reader and learner – from Aesthetic Philosophy to the Neuroscience of Behaviour; I also enjoy the guilty pleasures of binging Netflix or Prime, and when my health allows it, some backyard farming too.
