- Developing budgets, forecasts, and metrics to measure the performance of QewamX and the team responsible for its development.
- Monitoring QewamX development sprints and evaluating results to ensure progress is being made according to plan.
- Owning the QewamX roadmap and communicating it effectively to all relevant parties.
- Leading QewamX Product Marketing Managers in the assessment of the product mix and development of the marketing strategy.
- Monitoring and managing strategic marketing plans for QewamX products to ensure they align with the overall business goals.
- Defining pricing and competitive positioning for QewamX to ensure that it is competitive in the market.
- Driving innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action to ensure QewamX stays ahead of the competition.
- Building incredible teams and processes to deliver QewamX that satisfies customers' needs.
- Serving as the critical evangelist for QewamX, participating in press activities, conferences, and discussions with thought leaders and market analysts to promote the product and the company.

- Providing in-depth coverage of the Agile movement and its associated frameworks, helping listeners to gain a deeper understanding of the Agile mindset and its benefits.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques related to Agile and its associated frameworks and sharing this knowledge with listeners through the podcast.
- Creating engaging and informative podcast episodes that cover a wide range of topics related to Agile and its associated frameworks.
- Building and maintaining a solid listener base by providing valuable insights and engaging content regularly.
