I pioneer AI integration in game development at Tencent's Lightspeed Studios, winning multiple AI competitions and doubling our storyboard production speed through innovative workflows.

My role blends product management with hands-on game design—rapid prototyping, narrative development, and leading cross-functional teams. I've trained artists and PMs on AI tools like ComfyUI, making cutting-edge tech accessible to all.

Through mentoring, I foster resourcefulness and independent problem-solving while bridging technical and creative gaps. I bring practical experience in translating complex possibilities into shipped features.

•	Developed and executed the core game design and IP for Ollie Verse, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
•	Led a cross-functional team in developing an early gameplay prototype using Unity, Mirror, Chainsafe SDK, NFTPort, Tableland, and IPFS.
•	Managed the overall visual design, including characters, costumes, game cards, and user interface, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience.
•	Facilitated communication between the development and marketing teams, promoting alignment and a shared vision.
•	Implemented regular playtesting sessions to assess gameplay concepts for consumer appeal, playability, and fun factor.
•	Developed and maintained the game design document (GDD), serving as a comprehensive reference for the project.
•	Produced a variety of 2D and 3D assets, including characters, animations, stages, UI, and HUD, demonstrating strong design skills.
•	Designed UI mockups and visuals to effectively communicate ideas to a diverse audience.

•	Successfully launched a cost-effective mobile app, reducing the online store's monthly expenses by 85%, showcasing strong project management skills.
•	Negotiated with Stripe's Growth Team to secure reduced transaction fees, demonstrating effective stakeholder management and communication.
•	Implemented a loyalty program that boosted repeat purchases by 200% within three months, reflecting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
•	Conducted usability testing sessions to optimize user experience, resulting in a significant improvement in the NPS score to 73.33.
•	Presented well-researched business plans and recommendations to senior management.
