I'm a passionate designer who loves interacting with users and solving problems through design thinking approach. I believe a good design needs a good foundational research.

I have worked as a Retail Experience Designer / Service Designer for 5 years across various industries such as Hospitality, Banking, Healthcare, Transportation etc. I have helped companies boost their brand recall value and expand business by creating exceptional user experiences in retail spaces by taking into account the market trends and consumer behaviors.

I would like to contribute to the community by helping people navigate career change and build their design career.
