Working with engineers

▍Responsibility:
• Responsible for OS release management and Design System
• International remote development which includes Latvia, China, Taiwan, USA, Sweden, Czech…etc.
• Multiple projects across multiple teams simultaneously
• Report directly to the C-level manager

▍Accomplishment:
• Implement the Agile development process into the team
• Cross borders/time-zone management, always meet the schedule
• Developing the first design system in the company to align product design and improve development efficiency

Responsibility:
· The side project which is about the online therapy platform
· Product strategy and business development.
· Lead 10 members which include 5 developers, 1 designer, 1 marketing,1 PM and 1therapist.
Accomplishment:
· Top 3 online therapy platform in Taiwan.
· Launched the product within 6 months and gaining 100+ users from Taiwan, Europe, and the United States.
· Collaborated with 7 consulting firms for product development and growth, including user experience design and marketing.
· Conducted user research and analyzed feedback to improve the product and enhance user experience.
· Managed social media accounts and achieved a growth rate of 1100% on Instagram in one year.

▍Responsibility:
• Responsible for managing the Rail project’s product development and performance optimization. (JP/CN/TW/EU/VN)
• Responsible for resource allocation, risk management, requirement evaluation and people management.
• The project includes app-based, web-based and system-based. 
• Leading a sprint team of 20+ internal members as Scrum Master to deliver new releases with high-quality and stable features every two weeks.
• Working closely with the product management team, engineer, designer, operation team and subsidiaries.

▍Accomplishment:
• Building the first scrum process flow and keeping optimization.
• Launching 5 key projects in the first 3 months, which increased web traffic by 30%.
The 1st app project using the Flutter framework in Klook.
• Refactoring internal system with 3rd party. (EuropeRail)
• Working with Zendesk as a product manager to optimize the support features.

Multimedia Software Product Manager
▍Responsibility:
• Responsible for products from brainstorming to publishing
• Project included Moments, Video Station, Audio Station etc.
• Contributed to the development of the overall product strategy,
product feature and quarterly roadmap.
• Developed features (app-based/web-based).
• Worked closely with engineer, designer, marketing, support, sales
team and subsidiary.
• Conducted data analysis, competitor analysis, user interviews before development.
• Planed and prioritized product features, wrote product spec and defined requirements.
• Designed UX flow and wireframe for app features.
• Published the mobile apps on App Store, Google Play, Amazon and
China mobile app platform. (Baidu, Xiaomi, Tencent and Huawei)
• Held the presentation for Internal training and promotion.

Release Manager/Security Product Manager
▍Responsibility:
• Responsible for new OS release management
• Projects included DSM 6.2 global release, Bounty Program
• Managed multiple projects across multiple teams simultaneously.
• Produced product life cycle and internal release flow
• Owned and Managed for the product life cycle
• Collaborated with subsidiaries to solve critical/severe issues.
• Prepared web & marketing content/user’s guides/product advisories/press releases.
▍Accomplishment:
• Made the first software and security product maintain life cycle.
• DSM 6.2 is the most stable OS ever. No critical issue so far.
• Created the security incident response flow with security team.
• Led the company to join the world-class security organization.
