About TAPAS KUILA

Founder & CEO at Entwin AI

Hi there, this is Tapas. I have experience in banking and financial services, management consulting and executing digital transformation projects at global banks and services companies.

I led a leading global insurtech in an emerging market to 5X turnover and profitability, together with building and launching one of the region's first telemedicine+drug delivery services; managed a US$50m emerging-market-focused VC/PE fund, consulted companies on their product strategy and performed turnarounds, and have invested in and mentored early-stage ("1-100" phase) tech startups. I have built GrubFeeds, a sustainability-focused waste-to-feed venture powered by insects to address the global challenges of feed security, food waste and renewable fuels, and am currently building Entwin, where we create your AI-powered "entangled twin" persona to work not just "for you", but "as you"!

I am passionate about bringing technology to boring (cashflow-generating) businesses, especially in the Global South.

As an "operational investor" and a "life-long learner", I can help you with Operations Financials and Unit Economics Strategy and Business Development
