- Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing syllabus and materials, with the flexibility to make necessary revisions. Should modifications be required, the Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for updating and enhancing the syllabus and materials.
- Develop participant assessments, including crafting well-defined assessment rubrics. This batch requires streamlining and enhancing the current assessment methods. A minimum of 5 evaluations is mandated: comprising 1 initial assessment or pretest, 3 ongoing assessments, and culminating in 1 final project. Existing assessment components can be repurposed for this purpose.

A Product Designer who can plan and execute their work with minimal guidance from their manager. Their work impacts their immediate stream and other streams inside 1 product on a significant improvement of an existing feature/product where data analysis and the current situation are needed.

- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Influence way beyond self when making decisions.
- Focus on how to improve user experience towards a larger goal in particular streams and managing expectations with Product and Engineering teams.
- 80% of work is IC level work. The rest is to start planning on how to drive a better user experience to help the product reach the OKR.

My time at Gojek as a product designer was a transformative leap. Contributing to end-to-end product experiences, UI design, and even copywriting, I had the opportunity to make a significant impact on society through design.

In this dynamic environment, I worked closely with a diverse range of talented professionals, including interaction designers, UX writers, illustrators, data analysts, engineers, product managers, researchers, marketing and business teams. Collaborating seamlessly across disciplines, we created innovative solutions that pushed the boundaries of design and technology.

The scale of Gojek's user base, combined with its unique culture, workflows, and systems, presented exciting challenges and opportunities. Embracing this fast-paced environment, I thrived on working independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects, and delivering exceptional results.

Embarking on my journey with a product-based fintech company, I encountered a mature system and complex financial backend, which pushed me to new heights as a designer. 

With a focus on careful validation, I delved into user research to ensure that our products met the needs of our target audience. I learned the art of validating design concepts, gathering user feedback, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive design initiatives forward. This user-centric approach allowed me to create impactful and user-friendly experiences that truly resonated with our customers. 

Beyond honing my validation skills, I immersed myself in the world of finance. From understanding intricate workflows to adhering to strict regulations, I familiarized myself with the unique challenges and nuances of the financial industry. This knowledge empowered me to design with a deep understanding of the industry's requirements, ensuring compliance while still delivering exceptional user experiences.

As a UI/UX and creative designer in a digital agency, I've had the privilege of working on diverse projects, from web and app design to captivating digital ads. This dynamic environment has sharpened my skills in exploring immersive design concepts and effectively communicating with audiences to meet client needs. 

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I've gained a comprehensive understanding of how design integrates with development and marketing. From wireframing user interfaces to creating pixel-perfect designs, I strive to deliver exceptional user-centric experiences.

My first foray into full-stack designer was a transformative journey. In addition to designing captivating web and app interfaces, I embraced collaboration with engineers and even delved into learning HTML and CSS. 

Working with a software house that catered to diverse design needs, I explored a spectrum of product requirements. From crafting compelling landing pages to delivering end-to-end experiences for ERP and e-commerce products, I immersed myself in the intricacies of product development. 

Collaborating closely with engineers, I gained a deeper understanding of the technical aspects involved in translating designs into functional user interfaces. This holistic approach resulted in seamless and intuitive user experiences that harmonized aesthetics and functionality.

As a graphic designer in a bustling photo studio, I sharpened my expertise in design tools like Photoshop. Working closely with clients, I ensured their satisfaction by delivering high-quality designs that exceeded expectations.

In this dynamic environment, I honed my skills in content composition and color theory. Collaborating with photographers, I mastered the art of arranging elements and leveraging colors to evoke emotions and convey messages effectively.

The photo studio experience elevated my design taste, allowing me to experiment and refine my creative instincts. I developed a strong aesthetic sense while maintaining brand consistency across diverse projects, from branding materials to digital ads.
