Hi, I'm Tika. I've spent two decades building software from writing code and designing distributed systems to leading engineering organizations across cloud, data, IoT, and embedded platforms. Today I lead Connected Data and Platform teams at TRATON Group in Stockholm. My path wasn't a straight line. I started as a developer, grew into architecture, led a couple of companies, and moved into engineering leadership building large-scale connected vehicle platforms, telemetry systems, and data-driven products used across multiple markets. What shaped me most wasn't technology alone. It was learning how people, teams, and organizations work. Code is an output; behind every successful product is technical excellence, trust, clarity, and good leadership. Today, much of my focus is helping organizations navigate the AI era not by adding tools, but by rethinking how engineering teams operate, with engineers, leaders, and AI agents collaborating to accelerate delivery without losing craftsmanship or human judgment. I can help with engineering leadership, the senior-engineer-to-manager transition, software architecture, distributed and IoT systems, technical strategy, and real-world AI adoption.
