AWS Marketplace is the software "app store" for AWS enterprise and small business customers, generating billions in annual revenue. As a UX Manager for the AWS Marketplace team, I work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, company leaders, and our customers to reinvent the way software is discovered, deployed, bought, and sold in the cloud.

My role involves leading, defining, and driving the customer experience for users all over the world. This includes re-envisioning the Marketplace experience and helping to execute the next wave of innovations. Our goal is to deliver great experiences and to continue transforming the largest cloud services operation in the world.

Loblaw Digital manages the online businesses of Canada's largest food and drug retailer, which has over 2,400 stores. As part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, I worked with stakeholders, engineers, product managers, content designers, researchers, privacy, legal, security, and compliance professionals to design experiences, including service design, that prioritize the needs and well-being of Canadians who make billions of transactions annually online and in-store.

Our goal was to transform the way Canadians shop by creating leading eCommerce experiences in the online shopping, beauty, pharmacy, and loyalty spaces. We solved challenging problems and built the best, most innovative online shopping experiences to make a significant and lasting impact on Canadians' lives.

I built a new product to transform the group benefits enrollment experience, eliminating a decade-old paper-based process and optimizing several business operations. I collaborated with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, content designers, privacy, legal, security, and compliance teams.

I designed an end-to-end digital experience that simplifies and distills complex business processes into intuitive product experiences. By delivering a successful experience and service design, I mitigated misalignment, eliminated redundancies, conserved energy, improved efficiency, and reduced costs.

As a Senior User Experience Designer, I collaborated with teams from IBM + Apple in Cupertino, California to design and develop the next generation of mobile enterprise applications. These applications are powered by enterprise data and analytics — all delivered through iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

My role involved designing intuitive interfaces and enhancing user experience pathways. I utilized big data, Watson Analytics, and Core ML in my work. Additionally, I integrated a broad set of conversational and cognitive capabilities to help increase productivity and improve the experience for enterprise employees.

As a Designer for Sabre Hospitality Solutions (SHS) under Travelocity, TravelGuru & Hotel Commerce, I worked with clients and experts in property management, distribution & marketing, and SEO. I helped hoteliers optimize their direct distribution channel and point of sale, enhancing the way they sell to guests in a digital world. 

I personalized the guest experience at every touchpoint, from shopping to post-stay. To simplify the shopping flow, I used modern UI elements such as a shopping cart, rate calendar, and map view. I also localized the shopping experience with support for 25+ languages, 50+ currencies, and geo-targeted promotions.

As a designer for the Essar Groups - Aegis department, I closely collaborated with C-level executives, stakeholders, program managers, engineers, and business operation teams to create an Intelligence Command Centre and Aegis Proactive Intelligence (Pi).

My solution provided real-time updates through visually interactive dashboards designed for business intelligence analysts and executive-level managers, allowing them to interpret actionable data. I utilized both historical and real-time data to deliver an unparalleled business management experience.

Aegis Pi provided organizations with insights into data streams, operational metrics, a global perspective, and mobility through an intuitive, interactive, and informative interface.

In a startup environment, I collaborated with clients, relationship managers, engineers, and SEO experts to deliver critical, actionable intelligence that kept companies and brands ahead of the curve.

I designed and built "Informm," a social media intelligence tool that generated deeper insights, improved sentiment analysis, uncovered hidden relationships, accurately forecasted, and enriched data visualizations with news data derived from advanced analytics models.

I worked at Cranbay Solutions where I collaborated with a small team to provide advanced IT solutions for Augmented Reality (AR) and Machine Learning (ML). My role as a designer involved working with advanced engineers to build commercial AR and ML solutions.

Created digital interactive learning experience for all subjects provided by the University of Lüneburg (Germany). I worked along Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, Storyboarding teams & Testers to delver various digital learning modules.
