— Redesigned the app from scratch for both iOS and Android and created a new scalable design system. My input helped increase the number of paid users and get the app featured in App Store and Samsung Store.
— Improved a feature for flights and hotel booking which significantly increased the number of booked journeys.
— Initiated a formation of a new Design Department, established design and UX research processes and product design principles.
— Recruited, developed and led a team of 3 designers who quickly improved their skillsets and grew to senior levels.

— Designed an app «Otkrytie for Business» from scratch. This banking app was shortlisted for the European Design Awards. 
— Initiated and created the design system for «Otkrytie» and «Sberbank» projects.
— Fulfilled eight projects for external clients together with other designers, developers and analysts. Projects included banking, telecoms and health services.
