My name is Tatyana Khamdamova and I’d be delighted to join the ADPList as a mentor. I’m a Creative Director and I have extensive experience in managing and training in house and outsourced Design and Information Architecture teams for a leading agency. My career has been focused on designing complex, user-friendly brand experiences for variety of websites and mobile applications.

I believe your need for a strong mentor matches well with my knowledge of how to train designers, help them grow, and bring the best in people.

During the last 8 years I spent a lot of time interviewing, hiring and managing designers. I have proven success in hiring junior and mid level people and training them to create an amazing work in a short period of time. By leading by example, trusting my team and giving them a chance to showcase their talent I successfully helped individual members to move to the next level and do it much faster than they thought was possible.

While in the digital agency space I’ve led teams in the strategy, planning and design of large brands sites such as, Empire State Building, UPS, Fedex, Harper Collins, P&G, IBM, NYU, Sony and many more.

Being a Creative Director in large agency allowed me to work on a lot of projects for many different industries and acquire deep knowledge in website development and digital marketing. I have a great understanding that Website is not just a pretty picture but also a sales tool that should help businesses to make more money.
