- Researching and building AI/ML features to personalize and optimize customer workflows in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (e.g. NLP, Gen AI, Clustering, Predictive Analytics)

- Increased learning content consumption by 70% and usage by 30% after researching and leading the launch of an improved customer-facing learning page
- Led cross-functional strategy to build personalization and automation into the first-time user experience to improve ease of use and engagement
- Researched and identified customer pain points, and designed and launched several feature improvements in the UI for enterprise data analytics software (e.g. new visualizations, learning tools, personalization features)

• Developed and launched a new executive-facing analytics summary visualization (combining the benefits of multiple visualizations), including building a product roadmap, managing documentation and tracking, leading a customer beta, and producing a public demo video
• Optimized one of the core Analytics visualizations by prioritizing updates based on customer feedback (UX and competitor research and A/B testing) and defending recommendations to senior leadership

Led the design, development, and launch of a B2B SaaS feature to help healthcare companies (digital health, hospital systems, etc.) better optimize marketing campaigns. Built an online version of the tool as an MVP to get customer feedback (https://www.cured.health/revenue-calculator).

- Led cross-functional product launch, defining targets, managing analytics, and leveraging A/B testing and user research resulting in xxK locations onboarded and $xM in upgrade revenue generated in one year
- Increased development output after leading deep dive with engineering and product into integration development and implementation, building new analytics, and evangelizing process and org updates to C-suite
- Within the first three months, I was selected to lead sales & marketing analytics after proactively learning and demonstrating expertise in SQL and data warehousing tools (skills initially outside the scope of my role).

- Sourced four new investment opportunities that progressed to the final stages of due diligence and performed in-depth interviews with South African entrepreneurs to assess investment fit ($1M - $2M size)
- Developed and implemented finance-focused 9-month growth acceleration plans for portfolio companies and provided continued strategic counseling throughout the length of multiple investments

• Built a dynamic model in R and Excel by conducting user research through a conjoint survey on product feature preferences, enabling client executives to forecast demand quickly in various competitor launch scenarios
• Facilitated multiple new product launches by developing pre- and post-launch go-to-market strategies including product road maps, competitive intelligence, product perception research, and customer segmentations
• Developed marketing strategy for a $40B biotechnology firm through partnership with senior management and ad agency to launch omnichannel campaign (increased product sales by 13% in the 6-month period after launch)
• Led training for new hires from 25 global offices on public speaking and building effective presentations
• Built the firm’s first social impact report and helped lead the first pro-bono day (3K participants in 20 offices)

Helped develop a social innovation publication (similar to SSIR), along with researching decision theory

The SVA is a consulting organization for student entrepreneurs at BYU working on global social impact projects. 

We provided funding and consulting expertise for 35 social entrepreneurs each semester, and were the catalyst for acquiring over $800,000 in external seed and venture funding.
