Revamped strategy for Adobe Bridge based on data and qualitative insights to increase monthly active usage and retention. 

Presented annual strategy reviews to senior executives. Presented new features to the audience at Adobe’s annual MAX event.

Worked with digital marketing team to build customer acquisition funnel through product website, blog pages and revamped promotional video.

Worked closely with engineering and architecture to improve performance of Bridge through better caching algorithms.

Adobe Story is a web & cloud SAAS based collaborative document product for script writing and video production 

Worked closely with both B2C and B2B customers (large international television broadcasters) to understand user requirements and steer the product ahead of competition.

Innovated with AI based speech analysis to allow for script based video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro by integrating Story with Premiere Pro.

Video cloud is a 0-1 product suite. The goal is to bring the benefits of cloud services to professional video editing.

Ideated and incubated many product ideas based on HLS (HTTP Live Streaming), AI based speech to text, AI based emotion detection, etc.

To capture SMB market opportunity in India, proposed a go-to-market strategy based on innovative streaming technology

Collaborated with leading broadcast and OTT companies in India

In collaboration with marketing team and partners, executed Adobe’s sponsorship for India Telly Technial Awards to target SMB market.

Complete Software Development responsibility for CoolSign’s proprietary Media Player
•	Implemented a DirectShow based media player on a Windows CE device
•	Implemented multicast streaming decode support for IPTV playback on Digital Signage using Microsoft DirectShow
•	Evaluated 3rd party decoders and improved decode performance by 50%
•	Implemented hardware acceleration of H.264 video decode using nVIDIA CUDA.
•	Implemented support for Quicktime video (MOV)

Windows Mobile 6 Application Development, Mobile Multimedia and video transcoding using Microsoft DirectShow Technology

* Development of Windows Mobile 5 application for HandyDVR - one of the world's first hand-held digital broadcast TV receiver (DVB-H). Worked on the video decode pipeline using H.264 and AAC decoders. Decoder optimization using MMX and SSE technologies.
* Internationalization of a very large 3D graphics and Special FX product
* 3D graphical rendering of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data
