About Tejas Chaphalkar
Software Engineer at Meta
I’m a software engineer based in California, specializing in mobile development and building products end-to-end. I enjoy working across the full lifecycle—from prototyping and taking ideas from 0→1, to scaling features from small iterations to large, impactful launches. My work focuses on creating intuitive user experiences while building reliable, maintainable systems behind the scenes.
I’m passionate about helping others grow in their careers—whether that’s breaking into tech, transitioning roles, or leveling up as an engineer. I can help with resume building, navigating technical interviews, and strengthening problem-solving skills. I also focus on helping engineers communicate effectively—both in interviews and in day-to-day work—so their ideas come across clearly and confidently.
With the rapid shift toward AI across the industry, I enjoy helping others navigate this transition—how to stay relevant, what to learn, and how to position themselves for emerging opportunities.
Beyond technical skills, I care about the bigger picture of career growth—building a strong professional profile, making strategic career decisions, and creating long-term impact through your work.
If you’re looking for guidance, feedback, or a sounding board, I’d be happy to help.
