I'm currently a UX Designer at Bankers Healthcare Group, and have been in this field for over 7 years. I try to understand the methods that people use to achieve their tasks/goals (whether it's a simple process, or a complex process). Whatever method they use, it's fascinating that they make it into their norm. Apart from UX, I love to play drums and guitar and watch NFL. I also enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures with my wife.
