I love to help others with my skill, provide value to people, and have impacts on people. I started as a web developing freelancer when I was an undergraduate student. I find projects in the online platform and finished a variety of projects from small size to medium size (more than half a million). 

• Spearhead the creation and development of Newegg B2B manufacturer execution system which automated inventory purchasing for vendors such as Asus, Gigabyte, and Zotac.
• Collaborate with engineers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to create Newegg custom gaming PCbuilder service that generate hundred thousand of new customers and 1M+ revenue within second half of 2021.
• Define product roadmap, development schedule, and ensure alignment with the company North Star. Smooth system SDLC cycle, result in shortening system production released schedule from 6 months into 4 months.
• Coordinate with vendors and engineers on API development to help integrate and refine Newegg SAP accounting system, which reduced cost saving by 0.5M
• Design an assembly line dashboard to provide operation managers and top management the ability to oversee assembly statuses and operational efficiency

- Analyzing Covid-19 data using compartmental mobility model, implement the algorithm with Python to simulate Covid-19 spreading situation.
- Cross lingual alignment analysis with movie transcript

- Served as a mentor and assisted students in the Advanced Business Analytics course
- Implemented exploratory analysis on a market science dataset and discovered insight for multiple business initiatives
- Built regression models that would serve as a baseline model through Kaggle for the students' final semester project using the analyzed and preprocessed data from one of the largest marketing research companies

Worked closely with 4 programmers to build two of our company's profitable projects which focused on a serverless crowd fundraising and direct marketing platform. We also worked on more than 5 projects including e-commerce sites, ethereum game, and websites. 

- Led and implemented agile and scrum workflow with development team in project structuring.
- Collaborated with programmers and resulted in $1M+ earning within 8 months.
- Served as a consultant for technology support and aided developers with program issues.
- Created collaborative, self-starting, and responsible working environment by delegating code reviews, monthly reading event, coding style, etc.

I work as two different roles; one is competitors' software analysis, the other is Node.js developer. In the first job, I have to collect data from competitors' websites, find the pros and cons of their products, and visualize my result to the consultants in our company. In Node.js developer part, I developed company's customer relationship module by integrating Salesforce data cloud to manage more than ten thousand members.

As an intern in urAD, I learned what the infrastructure of big data looks like in a company such as data lake, data warehouse, and data mart. My project in this company is to find out the relationship between products' title and their categories.  I develop a model which combine Self Organizing Map and Word2Vec, and the result is satisfied by my supervisor. I also build a data visualizing tool with D3.js for colleagues, providing them a more convenient way to observe data.

- Utilize model to efficiently reduce time categorizing items and auto-generate visualizing report for managers.
- Analyze and investigate the relationship between e-commerce items' title and categories.
- Develop unsupervised text mining model to auto-classify items' categories with 70% accuracy

I analyzed and negotiated with more than 5 outsourcing companies about the project scope and agreement. Learned and understood the process and elements of fulfilling an e-commerce website project by doing. Closely worked and assisted with an outsourcing company through project initiation and planning.

- Assist company owner with budgets of $80,000  for an e-commerce website. 
- Negotiate an agreement with the software outsourcing company on project scope and service agreement. 
- Build the frontend of e-commerce website using Javascript, Less on Weebly and Shopify
- Oversaw the scheduling and management of the e-commerce website, resulting in the launch of the site within a half year.
