Leading design efforts in projects related to setting up investments at Endowus, Singapore’s largest digital-only wealth tech / advisory platform. I’m also involved in improving design ops of the design team.

I work in the Contributor Community team and design great experiences for Viki Contributors to create subtitles for millions of global viewers. I do end-to-end design work, from user research to high-fidelity designs. I also maintain the Contributor Community’s design system to ensure designs are scalable and consistent.

At a strategic level, I work closely with product managers to define and refine our product strategy and roadmap. I also collaborate closely with community development and subtitle operations to create holistic solutions, and developers and researchers to design tested and implementable features.

As the sole designer, I designed IxDF’s online learning platform. I designed IxDF’s landing pages, user flows such as signup and payment flows, and interactions and animations on course pages. I also created IxDF’s design system and video visual guidelines to scale future design efforts. I collaborated closely with the founder for design reviews and planning.

As course editor, I wrote articles and courses that are seen by hundreds of thousands of designers around the world.
