Hey! I’m Teo Akinola, and I wear a few hats: all rooted in one mission: building spaces where people from all backgrounds don’t just survive, but lead.

I’m the President of Diaspora Solidarity, supporting vulnerable communities and advocating for justice. As Vice President of GEYC, I champion digital empowerment and climate action across Europe. And through Girl Gone International Bucharest, I help lead the largest international women’s community in Romania, creating a space for connection, belonging, and growth.

Along the way, I’ve trained and mentored youth, women, and changemakers from over the world. As a certified trainer and facilitator, I run workshops on leadership, sustainability, soft skills, design thinking, and community building, both online and in-person. Also, I am a Certified Coach and would love to support you on your journey.
