Served as the Head of Experience Design, supporting 4 Managers and an organization of over 40 people. 
•	Standardized internal processes by developing a global strategy focused on People Experience.
•	Founded new team to assimilate internal data, perform task analysis, and formative discovery testing to iterate and improve usability of the Workday Cloud platform.
•	Spearheaded new innovative product offering focused on Workday third party integrations, including the first conversational user interface at Workday.
•	Established quantitative and qualitative measurement of benefits and means for tracking to enhance Financials.
•	Reduced gaps in the lifecycle by introducing diversified messaging and positioning for Security.
•	Praised for the ability to solve difficult problems independently and efficiently.
