Design Strategy Consultant at Meta IT
Hello! My name is Tereza Alux, and my mission is to help people and companies achieve their goals through design solutions.
Since 2002, I have been working collaboratively and co-creatively in the development of products and services that address people’s needs while meeting business objectives.
I have experience in projects across different sectors, such as healthcare, finance, telecommunications, e-commerce, transportation, and logistics. In recent years, I have been working as a Design Leader, supporting incredible people in creating even more impactful experiences.
I hold a Master’s degree in Design from UAM and serve as Global Director of Ladies That UX. I am also a professor, mentor, and speaker. Additionally, I contribute to the organization of events as a curator and member of technical committees in various design initiatives in Brazil and around the world, such as The Developer’s Conference, UXConf, Talk UX, and others.
On a personal note, I am curious, good-humored, and always eager to learn and share knowledge. I love meeting people and engaging in conversations about possibilities, experiences, and desirable futures.
